Generic risk assessments for emergency services
A summary of the risks to the emergency services when responding
to an incident involving the transport of radioactive materials
has been published on the RADSAFE web site. The
study, carried out by the National Radiological Protection Board
(now HPA Radiation Protection Division), provides generic risk
assessments for the emergency services.
